63歲的歐吉Shen，在自己的產業鑽研了超過30年之後，人生的下半場不想要退休！再次找到熱情，希望把最真實的義大利生活文化、體驗帶給大家！在最宜人的台中市，開設了一個實體門市，門市中除了擺放超過50款的義大利紅白酒、更有最純淨的橄欖油、義大利麵食材等。希望喜歡義大利的朋友們都可以來玩！
After 30 years of experience in the same industry, at the age of 63. Oji Shen found the enthusiasm once again! Hope to bring the most authentic Italian experience into Taiwan!
因為工作的關係，幾乎每年都會造訪義大利，從剛開始單純出差的心情，到開始體驗當地的生活態度、文化藝術，並且享受義大利當地的美食和美酒。每年的出差在工作之餘已經變成一種期待且享受的旅程。
The past 30 years Oji Shen visited Italy almost every year because of work. At the beginning it is just regular business trips, but after experiencing more and more local Italian culture, food, lifestyle and wine. Oji Shen found himself fell in love with the lifestyle and every experience from Italy.
疫情趨緩後安排了一場義大利、西班牙、葡萄牙的深度旅遊。走訪了3個國家，一座座的城市後更是燃起了自己心中的熱情，因而確立了創業的想法！希望能藉由義大利的食材、香料、紅白酒、橄欖油、醋等各種產品，從產地到餐桌。讓大家即使不用到義大利也能享受到最道地的體驗！
In 2022 when the COVID slowed down, Oji Shen planned a trip to Italy, Spain, and Portugal. From cities to cities, countries to countries. The enthusiasm in the heart was ignited! We hope to bring the most authentic Italian products such as spices, red and white wine, olive oil, vinegar, etc., from the farm the local to your house, to your dining table. Let everyone can enjoy and experience the most authentic Italy.
